A Chassidisher Derher is a publication with a mission to uplift, inspire and strengthen the hiskashrus of chassidim to our Rebbe. Raffle Rules & Regulations – Derher Raffle 5781 / 2021

  1. The instructions of these regulations are final, and render void any other advertisement or publication.

  2. Participation in the campaign constitutes full and unequivocal consent to the terms of the regulations.

  3. Duration of the campaign: The campaign will begin on Tuesday, 27 Shevat, 5781 / February 9, 2021 and continue until Tuesday, 18 Adar, 5781 / March 2, 2021 ending at 11:59 PM EST. A Chassidisher Derher reserves the right to extend, shorten or change the duration of the campaign at its discretion.

  4. Orders received after 11:59 PM on Tuesday, 18 Adar, 5781 / March 2, 2021 will be considered as donations.

  5. The winner may not be entitled to the entire amount immediately upon winning, as payments may be made in a few installments.

  6. The full prize must be paid out in full no longer than 10 months after the drawing date.

  7. Following the raffle, the name of the winner will be published on Jewish news sites, and sent to all the raffle's participants by email.

  8. Winner must complete and certify IRS Form W9 in order to receive the prize.
